I started my journey in June at first it was alittle hard to get used to. Because the medication for me made me feel sick when I continued to try to eat the way I used too. But with trial and era I learned what I could and not eat. Basically it retrains your brain to eat healthy and to stay away from things you shouldnt be eating and in less than Six months I’ve lost 60 pounds! It has changed my life!

I’ve been on senaglutide since July, slowly titrating up, and I’m still only at 1ml. My doctor told me as long as my dosage is working as intended that I don’t have to worry about moving up. Anyways, started at 207 and I’m currently at 180!! The appetite suppression is crazy, I eat like a bird and don’t have the insane cravings I used to be so bad about. I have minimal nausea (unless I eat something really bad but that’s my own fault lol) and have never thrown up. The only side effect is the constant back and forth between either constipation or diarrhea, but I’ll take that if it means the medicine is working.

It will decrease your appetite for 4 days and the side effects can be extreme but that is person to person. Its expensive but worth it for people who cannot control their cravings. I cant say it worked for me that well as I had a messed up metabolism when i started which taking Semaglutide would have caused more damage. The bright side was, I was able to restart semaglutide without any issues after my metabolism reset and the side effects were non-existent.

I have lost 26 lbs over 9 months during perimenopause, when many women gain weight due to the hormonal fluctuations during the process. As a side benefit, it really helped my depression. Could be because of the blood sugar benefits, it could be because I am finally free of self judgement (it confirmed to me that my weight is not a character flaw, it's a physical/medical thing!) but either way, I'll take it!

Semaglutide is the lightning in a bottle that I’ve been chasing my whole life. It is easy to self-inject and monitor with my doctor. The most side effects I’ve had is some nausea and dizziness the day after injecting. Other than that, it cuts my food noise almost completely. I’m down 20 pounds in 4 months!
