I would say they are great at getting you your product on time, but they are not great at following up. If you want to change your dose, you have to manage it on your own or try to call back. I have always struggled with weight loss and love a very busy life, so I was hoping from more involvement, especially when I paid so much out of pocket, but the doctors aren’t going to say “hey, let’s see you back in a month and check in and see if we need to change your dose and see how we can help etc.”
