Best thing right now

I have been in ozempic for 3 months already and I used it to loose weight in the first month I have lost 13 lbs. I only weight myself in my doctors appointments. I can't wait to go on Wednesday. I wish that there was no shortage I have to called different pharmacies to get it

Pleasantly surprised

I am a type 1 diabetic who has struggled with insulin resistance since my diagnosis. Because insulin and weight are linked, I gained a ton of weight due to having to meet my insulin requirements. I have struggled to lose weight for the majority of my life, and having diabetes wasn't helping. I already took Metformin to help with the insulin resistance, but I needed a little extra boost, so my doctor prescribed me Ozempic. I was a little hesitant due to the potential side effects, but they haven't been bad and are definitely worth it! My insulin requirements have decreased a ton since starting, and I've even lost almost 15 pounds in two months! I also think my lower insulin requirement and stabler blood sugar have helped with my energy levels, since I feel ready to go to bed at a normal time and actually wake up feeling rested.

Ozempic works if you do

Ozempic is a great tool to help with weight loss but it’s not magic. You must be willing to increase your physical activity and still be aware of your food and calorie intake. I didn’t have any severe side effects.

Life changing

Before starting Ozempic my type two diabetes had a 8.0 A1c. After 8 months of weekly injections I have lost 60 lbs and my A1c is 5.6!! My inflammation and diabetic neuropathy has gone away. My pain levels are down. My Hidradentis Supportiva has not had a flare up in months. I feel amazing

Best decision I've ever made

Started at 163 Ibs and after 3 months I'm at 149lbs. I had no side effects other than constipation when not eating enough fiber. Other than that I felt like normal but had little to no food noise, my portions have reduced and I make healthier choices now that I don't crave sweets or snacks. I'm so happy with my lifestyle change and food intake. I feel like I'm finally "healthy" and living a balanced life. I used to live to eat (literally always thinking about food even when I wasn't hungry) now I eat to live.

Have lost weight

I started ozempic in October and have lost 20 pounds so far. Have had minimal side effects, I eat right and low fat foods. Make sure to drink plenty of water, add some exercise and you’ll see the weight come off.

Ozempic helped me control my diabetes and lose weight

My journey started year over year gaining weight until July 1 2023. In June I weighted 303 pounds and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My doctor prescribed me Ozempic and suggested a lifestyle overhaul. I started taking nutrition seriously and started a low carb high protein diet. Now as of November 30 2023 I weigh 229 pounds. I can’t believe Ozempic helped me keep to a healthy diet so I could lose 74 pounds in 5 months. My weight loss journey isn’t finished yet but with the help of Ozempic I am very optimistic of finally being at a healthy weight and looking my best.

It Really Works, But You Need to Find Your Right Dose

Started ozempic 1.5 years ago to lose baby weight. I lost 55lbs since then and am currently maintaining on .5mg of Ozempic weekly. Side effects are real, but worked with my doctor to adjust to a dose amount (counting clicks) to get me to a dosage amount that was still effect but greatly lessened side effects, which ended up being .75mg weekly.

Worth the Rough Patches

I began taking Ozempic three months ago. I am also a weight loss surgery patient. I have lost nearly 200 pounds prior to starting Ozempic and began using it to lose the last 30 pounds and maintain. While I have struggled with GI issues and occasional nausea it is worth the results. My inflammation has gone down significantly and my weight is finally moving after months of remaining stagnant. I am beginning my 0.75 doses tomorrow.

Awful Side Effects

I was prescribed Ozempic by my Endocrinologist because it nearly impossible for me to lose weight despite eating “clean” and exercising. I was feeling fine after my first dose of Ozempic and noticed a slight decrease in my appetite. After my second dose, I experience horrible nausea and could barely get out of bed as I felt so sick. I could barely work my remote job at the time or focus on anything because I felt that awful. I took a third dose as I was desperate to lose weight, however, I stopped after that dose.

Great with limitations

I’ve been taking ozempic for a year. Overall, it’s been helpful in curtailing my ability to eat food. I can’t eat the portions I once did, and am not interested in heavy foods in the way I once was. I prefer liter foods and generally am less interested in processed food. I’ve also had difficulty drinking alcohol, which I find a positive I find the most difficult part to be the diarrhea. Due to other GI issues, I tend to go to the bathroom in spurts. Since starting ozempic, those episodes often involve diarrhea that can require Imodium to stop.
