I have been on Wegovy for 5 months and have lost about 25 pounds. Side effects have been minimal, and it has really helped me remain consistent with my health goals. A high protein diet, adequate hydration, and exercise are the key to success.

I started Wegovy in Feb 2023. Not only have I lost 50 lbs (and counting!), but it's helped significantly with my mental health. I feel great, I look great, I have so much energy. I'm much more active now, going to the gym 3x a week and riding my bike around town. I can still eat foods I enjoy, but without going overboard. It's changed my life!

I have been on Wegovy for about 5 months now and let me tell you, this stuff is amazing. I suffer from body dysphoria and scale phobia but this stuff has not only helped with these but also takes away the food noise that makes you want to snack while your alone. When I was up to the 1mg dose i did have some fatigue and nausea but nothing that i couldn't handle. I have noticed when drinking alcohol any more than 2 drinks would make me feel like complete crap the next day. Liquid IV drinks were clutch during these stages. One big thing is even though your not hungry, still try to eat your proteins and drink LOTS and LOTS of water. I have now lost over 30lbs and cannot wait to hit my lowest weight since being a teenager. I have never felt better or happier.

I’ve been taking Wegovy .25 for 2 months, and just titrated up to .5 a few days ago. So far my experience has been positive, with few side effects. Some that I have experienced are sulfur burps and a bit of nausea that goes away with the use of generic Zofran. This happens in the first couple days of my shot. I have lost around 7 pounds so far. I am short at 5’2” and weigh in at 158 right now. I went from 188 to 165 on my own, but I stalled out at 165. My goal weight is 120lbs. The best part of using Wegovy has been how little I think or worry about food. Eating well hasn’t been as challenging as it was in the past, and remaining in my caloric deficit is not difficult. I still enjoy little treats, but don’t binge eat or feel extreme cravings. One challenge is making sure I get enough protein.

I've been on wegovy for 7 months now and have lost 45 pounds, at a fairly steady pace. I don't feel like I'm starving myself! I eat what I want - just less of it. I will say that Day 1 after my injection is when my appetite is basically nonexistent. I've had some nausea if i go too long between snacks, but my dr gave me an Rx for zofran that helps a lot. I physically feel so much better and have more energy.

I have lost weight slower than I would have liked on Wejovy but have definitely seen a decrease in my appetite most times. There are days where I feel like I am very hungry. My energy level remains the same as before I started taking it. The benefit of taking this medicine is to help reduce me from over eating and try to boost start my weight loss.

It took several weeks to adjust due to the side effects including nausea and fatigue but overall, the experience has been positive. The weight seemed to simply fall off with little to no effort in terms of exercise.

I was on Wegovy for about 4 months and it worked wonders for me. I started at .5mg and then progressed all the way to 1.25mg. It was good at suppressing my appetite and helping me lose weight and not think about food.

I took Wegovy for approximately three months. In those three months I lost just over 15 pounds. I had little to no side affects and the ones I did were very miniscule. I had mild nausea occasionally but other than that it was fine! The only reason I stopped taking it was because nowhere local to me could get the prescription in, it was on back order. I had a really positive experience and wish it was an easier resource for me because I felt like it was working for me.
