Ozempic has been life changing, currently down 120 pounds and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Minimal side effects to start then they all went away. Would highly recommend this product, it has been amazing

I've lost 7 lbs in my month on Ozempic, a loss of 1.5 lbs per week. I've had no side effects yet, but I've noticed how easy it is to stick to my diet plan! I've tried to lose weight multiple times in the past, but my hunger usually wins out against my self-control. But not any more! 1500 calories is no problem! I'm no longer constantly hungry!

I started my GLP1 journey in August of 2023 on wegovy and moved to ozempic. Pre weight loss medication I was working out 7x a week and losing nothing. Now 20 weeks in I’ve lost 50lbs! Active every day and feeling great!

Before using Ozempic, I would crave food and think about food often. I would actively dream about my next meal. Ozempic blocked this and I had control over my consumption. My desire to drink alcohol has been curbed as well.

I started Ozempic December 15, 2023 and today I weighed myself and have lost 10 pounds! Its only been 24 days! The medication helps to stay full through out the day & retrain my body not to consume 3-4k a day. Lets face it, one meal at Olive Garden is half that calorie intake. I now consume around 1500-1600 calories daily with NO EXCERCISE! This medication is literally all you need to help you! I have only had one or two nausea spells after eating something really sugary & thats the only side effect. I like it though, it kind of tells on you so you rethink if you want to eat that junk again. Overall, I recommend this medication to anyone who wants to lose weight and whose health is checked by a doctor first. (For obvious reasons).

I started Ozempic after 2 babies and struggles with my mental health had caused me to gain a lot of weight. I knew I needed help to get started, and this tool has been so valuable to me. I have been able to lose 54 pounds (and counting) in the last year. I had minor side effects such as stomach upset and occasional headaches but it has been more than worth it to experience the lessened hunger & truly be able to stick to my goals as a result. I wouldn’t change it and plan to continue for as long as I am able.

I began taking Ozempic after I gained weight during menopause and diet and exercise resulted in zero weight loss. I found Ozempic very easy to use and I had very few side effects. I was prescribed Ozempic, by my physician, for weight loss and managing diabetes. I started using it 4 moths ago, with an initial injection of 0.25mg weekly. I noticed changes in my weight as i used it weekly, i lost 5 pounds. In the second month i upgraded to 1mg and i noticed a change in my body weight too, this time i lost 8 pounds. From the 2nd month onwards i've been using 2 mg injection and since now i've lost like 12 pounds. When i use it i get no nausea, no dizziness, zero effects. It has really helped me curb my sugars too apart from loosing weight as a diabetic person. It has also have an impact on my appetite as i can't eat more food like i used to, also when working out i have more strength. I would recommend to anybody who is diabetic and wants to loose weight or anyone who wants to loose weight.

I started on Ozempic April 2023. Over the last year, I have lost more than 10% of my body weight and working on losing more. The medicine works if you work with it. It is not the end all be all in weight loss, but it does help boost things along when nothing else seems to work. I don't take this to control diabetes as I have not been diagnosed with it. But at the rate I was gaining weight, I was headed in that direction and fast. I found that taking this medication has forced me to change the way I think about food and when/what I want to eat. If it's within an hour of my next scheduled meal, I know that if I eat a snack, I physically won't be able to eat my meal, as I'll be "stuffed" from my snack. I have not noticed many negative side affects. But the biggest one is that because the digestion process is much slower, I tend to get the sulfur burps. I'm still trying to pin down why I get them every so often but some apple cider vinegar helps subside the burps.

I lost weight quickly and easily. I experienced some nausea for the first two weeks but that was all. About 6 weeks in, I noticed I was exhausted. I couldn't even finish a trip through the grocery store without stopping to rest. I realized it was caused by calorie deficit. I increased my protein, problem solved. I lost my pen one month and went without . I noticed my appetite returning slowly by the time I was able to start the medication again. I've lost 31 lbs and have been able to stop taking blood pressure medication. I also had tachycardia which has resolved since I've lost weight. I'm very frustrated that my insurance won't cover this medicine anymore even though I've experienced so many benefits.

I have been taking ozempic for treatment of my diabetes and weight loss for about a year. Overall my experience has been positive and having greatly reduced food cravings has helped me a lot. I have had some nausea and vomiting around the times of dosage escalation. I find that this is usually related to diet and if I keep a highly protein based diet including protein shakes in the morning the side effects are less prominent.

Been on it since mid February 2023 (little less than 10 months). I slowly increased and am taking the highest dose now. I lost 70 lbs. my stats are 5’7” female starting weight 216 current weight 146. not too many issues with it so far. the standard symptoms.

I started Ozempic on September 9th. My starting dose was .25 and I stayed on this dose level until the beginning of November, and I have now moved up to .5. I moved slowly in increasing dose level as I am usually fairly sensitive to medication side effects and wanted to ensure that I was tolerating it well. So far I have lost around 10 pounds and can see a change in my body composite. I have had better success with eating smaller and fewer meals. I no longer have "food noise" and I am not constantly thinking about what to eat next. My blood sugar levels have also been much more regulated. I do not plan to increase the dose again as my primary goal was not weight loss per se, more so how I am feeling with blood sugar levels and the obssession around food.
